ProActive Sports Therapy is a 5,000 square foot state-of-the-art physical therapy practice located on Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair, NJ. We provide Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Conditioning. We also provide pre and post surgery physical therapy. Our therapists work alongside your doctor to create individualized physical therapy plans of care that are structured to meet the needs of each client.
